One call gets you today’s answer.
Beds turn over fast in a house that’s working, so we don’t post counts that could be stale by the time you read them. Call or text and you’ll have the real answer — what’s open, in which house, from when — in one conversation.
You’ll reach Goel, who runs placements — not a call centre. Working to a discharge date? We can usually confirm a hold within the hour.
The three houses
Know which house you’re asking about, and the call gets even faster.
How it works
Holds, waitlists, and moving fast.
If a bed is open
We can usually confirm a hold within the hour, and same-day move-in is possible for calls that reach us before late afternoon. If we say a bed is held for your discharge date, it’s held.
If the right house is full
Ask for the waitlist anyway. Beds turn over more often than you’d think, and being on the list means you get the call first instead of checking a webpage.
If none of our houses fit
We’ll say so on the same call and point you to two or three places that might. We know this valley well, and an honest no now beats a bad placement later.
For referring professionals
Everything you need to pre-screen — rates, MAT policy, testing, exclusions — is on the professionals page, so the availability call can be thirty seconds long.
