Guest confidentiality
We do not confirm or deny that any individual is, was, or has applied to be a guest — to anyone, including family members, employers, or people who say a guest told them to call. Information is released only with a signed release of information naming the specific recipient, and only to that recipient.
Photography
No guest appears in any photograph, video or 360° tour published on this website or on our social media. Houses are photographed empty and staged. This is a permanent policy, not a current preference.
House addresses
We do not publish the street addresses of our residences. Addresses are shared directly with prospective guests, families and referring professionals by phone or when a tour is booked.
Information you send us
Enquiry and referral forms on this site ask only for contact details and basic non-clinical information. Please do not send protected health information or clinical records through a web form — that is a phone call and a signed release. Information you do send is used solely to respond to your enquiry, is not sold, and is not shared with any third party for marketing.
Website data
This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use the site — nothing more. Because of who visits a site like this one, it is deliberately configured without advertising features, without ad personalisation, without cross-site tracking signals, and with IP anonymisation. We never see who you are; we see only that pages were visited. If you block analytics in your browser, every part of this site still works.
